Freddy Shutler: Okay, that scrape should be looked at by a dermatologist (skin doctor). If it's still not healed since about a year ago, maybe it's in a place that you hit it alot. Maybe you're a "picker" you picked the scab when it healed over, a year ago, and everytime it heals since, you've picked the scab again. Or maybe your body is deficient in some vital nutrient, that helps the skin to heal. Whatever the problem, the dermatologist should be able to figure that out and recommend something.The bump under your chin that is now the size of a pea can also be looked at by the dermatologist. I had something like that when I was a kid, it was a cyst, that grew just under the skin surface. The dermatologist will probably examine and remove it, then do a biopsy to make sure it isn't cancerous.If you are very tired, you could have an iron deficiency. Again, the doctor...but this time you would need a GP (General Practioner) or your PCP (Primary Care Physician).
