Question about Pasadena (CA) Gold Line Metro Rail?

Arnulfo Seegars: You get on the Gold metro rail train right there at the Sierra Madre Villa Station, then get off the same train at the Chinatown Station. It's very easy, no changing of buses or trains. You can also visit Olvera Street, and Little Tokyo, if you have time. The Gold Line train takes about half an hour from Pasadena to Chinatown, and it runs about every 10 minutes most of the day, to about every 20 minutes at night. You can get the timetables here: http://www.metro.net/around/maps/ I think it costs about $1.50 each way.Just get there a bit early since you're not familiar with the station. You will park your car at the station and then figure out where to go to, there will be signs. It's very easy, my teen son and his friends have done it before and they haven't taken public transportation much at all.Chinatown http://www.chinatownla.com/Olvera Street http://www.calleolvera.com/Little Tokyo http://www.visitlittletokyo.com/Enjoy!...Show more
